Refund Policy
Returns of a yellow-tag, special order, 8130’d, or new surplus item must be approved by NexAir Aeroparts. The item(s) must be in the exact condition as originally shipped and accompanied with all original documents.
Yellow-tagged item(s) have been purchased with the understanding that they were tagged “working as removed” and have been sold “as-is”. An exchange of the unit, with another identical unit, will be an option within 90 days of the purchase date as stated on the invoice. The Exchange will be approved, after inspection and confirmed in good working condition, if the exact part number is currently available and in stock. All returns approved after testing will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special order item(s) must be returned within 90 days of purchase, unused, in the original shipping materials, and with all original paperwork. If the special order return has been approved, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
8130’d unit(s) will be bench tested for correct operation. 8130’d unit(s) must be returned within 90 days of purchase, in the original shipping materials, and with all original paperwork. All returns approved after testing will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All approved returns must be packaged and returned via UPS and a tracking number must be provided. All returns are subject to management approval.
